1. Team Building Days
Our away days are a chance to step away from the usual work environment and focus on team bonding, creativity, and relaxation. These quarterly events are designed to foster collaboration, boost morale, and inspire fresh ideas. Activities typically include a mix of fun challenges, team-building exercises, and opportunities to explore new perspectives, all in an informal and enjoyable setting. Whether it’s outdoor adventures, such as paintballing or Tough Mudder, or indoor fun such as Go-Karting or The Comedy Club, the goal is to recharge, connect, and strengthen the sense of community within the team.
2. Sponsors & Donations
Over the last 5 years, we have proudly sponsored two local children’s football clubs, Great Moore County JFC & Tiki Taka Girls, as well as senior men’s team, Stretford Paddock. Giving back to our community is important to us, and seeing the teams in their kits is a rewarding sight. We’re passionate about promoting health, inclusivity and team spirit throughout our sponsorships.
3. Internal Growth & Progression
Building on our commitment to team building and fostering a strong community culture, Buckley Design Solutions is dedicated to upskilling our team members to help them grow and advance within the company. We believe that investing in our employees’ development not only sharpens their skills but also boosts morale and strengthens their loyalty to the company.
Staff growth is essential to our success, and we support it through initiatives like offering day release for college attendance, giving team members the opportunity to earn new qualifications and expand their expertise. This focus on continuous learning benefits both individual development and the overall progress of the company.
